Stainless Metal Recovery NAS

Phoenix Services utilizes state-of-the-art technology and processes in our Stainless Metal Recovery Plant to extract the highest possible amount of metallics with a Metal Recovery Rate of 99.97%. This means that if we process 400,000 MT on an annual basis, we can recover nearly 60,000 MT of metallics, which holds an estimated market value of nearly $70mm.

The slag-co product produced from the metal recovery process is approved as an agricultural aggregate, significantly increasing the amount of slag removed from the facility and generating a sellable co-product that reduces landfilling needs- improving sustainability and creating additional value.
