The safety management system integrates many aspects of health and safety into a systems approach meant to drive continuous improvement, employee knowledge and foster a robust safety culture on our journey to Zero Harm.

A core component of Phoenix Services Safety Management System is continuous improvement. We employ safety, health, environmental and quality professionals around the globe to facilitate our drive to reduce risk and improve our processes. These professionals work directly with site management teams ensuring that continuous improvement of health and safety is happening daily.

Actively engaging our team members on health safety is the job of all Phoenix Services leadership at all levels. It is essential that our leaders get out in the field to actively engage our team members about safety attitudes and provide positive feedback on good safety behaviors.
